Easy to just stop in and pay my mortgage!
I had to deal with LAVORIS (name was in all caps on the window) who showed me how to be most insulting to someone using least words. Every time I tried to say something she cut me off as if she was a Psychic and already knew all that I had to say. I thought the bank employees are there to listen to a customer and help but felt like she was there to make me listen. I regret visiting this branch and will never go there again.
No one greeted me or offered assistance until I asked if I needed to sign in.
I will never EVER again do business with this bank. They engaged in unfair and deceptive business practices including sequential depositing. They also reorder deposits and debits to the account to purposefully cause overdraft charges to occur repeatedly. RIP OFF!
Hard to get in and out off. ATM charges fees to non customers.
