This is the worst car x I ever been to customer service was horrible. All I did was be polite about a problem that they created and it was a minor issue they tightened my tire lugs to tight. All I asked if they can loosen the lugs. The manager was ok about it but the mechanic who did it was pissed and tryng to argue with me the customer. Never again will I bring my business here again
Oh man....terrific service..i installed header on my truck an went to carx to figure out a duel exsaust system..not only was the price great..it really was ..but the professional crew in the shop did an outstanding job..welds are perfect ..pipe are perfectly fabed in their shop. fabed a complete custom exsaust system that sounds awesome..thanks guys.. I appreciate they took the time to move some wires away from my header pipes..really thanks
My bad to this car x. I wanted the one in st.charles not this one. I heard you guys were one of the good ones that gets the work done correctly. This was my mistake and putting it on the right one.

The new manager Cliff is awesome. Not only did I get a great price on tires, they show me anything that needs attention. My daughter and I have been using this location for years, and will continue to use and recommend them in the future.
