I bought some flip flops and needed to return them. I had them in my car for 3 weeks and never got time to return them. I finally found time today. I waited in line while the cashier checked out two others. When I got to the register I could not complete my transaction because I did not have the same card. That was my only issue.
I Love the quality if the clothing and although pricey at times they usually have great sales & you can earn points. The staff is always friendly but the only issue is when returning items you must have the actual card used for purchase or you'll have to accept store credit. Most stores issues refund with a receipt, unworn and tags on clothing whether you have the card or not.

The clothes are pricey but they are good quality. My mom buys from this place all the time. The customer service was great. Both the manager and the other young lady had great attitudes and never made me feel bad for having a return.
Had a great experience here. A woman helped me find my dressing room, find coupons, and such. Found a dress that fit really nicely.
