I had asked for. My hair is now ruined, it's bright orange with blotches of Brown all throughout with an extremely dry scalp. I am 100% dissatisfied & have missed work because of it. I was charged for haircut & specialty style however I never received a hair cut but she used a razor blade to cut it. She used foil & applied colors I did not ask for nor agree with. She coated my entire head with bleach which caused much damage to my hair. Very displeased :-(
I was just 3 wks new to the area & was scheduled for a job interview in a Corporate setting & so wanted my hair to look healthy & professional. Upon entering the Smart Style Salon the Staff was rude & annoyed. I explained I was new to the area & didn't know of another salon. I described what I wanted done & I showed her a photo from her book. However after spending 4 hours there & charged $111.07 I did not receive what I was charged for nor was I given what
Walked in was served right away, and did a good job.
I went in yesterday and asked for a trim asked for her to cut 1/2 inch add some layers and blend in my bangs. She cut my hair so uneven and my bangs r so short they can’t even be touched
