This %$#(*&^ mess was horrible... I would never feed this to my pets....Pizza Hut knew they were sending out a glob of mess to the consumer.... Had I seen it prior to the delivery person leaving, he would have taken it back or threw it away. I spoke with the Store Manager, Sabrina Ford who says she was at work on last evening (12/5/2017) but did not oversee the quality of food leaving the establishment. Alex Matthew is the District Manager but there is no contact information for this person.... SAVE YOUR MONEY... eat some place other than PIZZA HUT ON MC KELVEY by DePaul hospital .....
Horrible experience at this Pizza Hut location today. My 6 year-old son had a certificate for a free personal pan pizza from school. This Pizza Hut location could not even get the order correct for a cheese pizza and then refused to make it right. The manager, Turinna was arguementive and unprofessional. SHAME ON YOU TURRINA. We will see what the corporate office has to say about this.
Although I feel Pizza Hut pizza is a good value with good taste due to their abundance of specials and unique options, this location is very unreliable. Most of the time my pizza arrives warm but not always... Whats worse is it is consistently late by at least a half hour and sometime way more. The last time I made a delivery purchase the website gave an est 25 to 35 min. which took almost an hour to get out for delivery, and another half hour to make it to my door. In spite of the delivery drivers almost always being polite, there is always an excuse for the double or triple wait times. Cool pizza with a 35 minute drive to my door on a 35 minute overall time does not require an excuse; it needs a warning and apology.
I only gave them one star which they do NOT deserve i had to so i could post my review. My real rating is at least a negative five and they are lucky to get that I have never complained in my life so this grinds my gears. Worst service and food ever don't waste your money your food will be either wrong, cold, not cooked . I will never come to this location again and after this last time I am done with PH all together they have messed my food up EVERY single time that even though it was this location i will never give them my money because they never tried to fix it and been anything but professionals . They need to clean house and terminate everyone from the GM down this place needs to be shut down or under new management.
