I watched an employee Steve P. Help a family in the shoe department from end to end, while stacking customers. This was impressive based on the customers NOT buying and he still laughed and asked for the sale. As a retail leader myself I thought he should get noticed!
Came in for shoes, my son found a pair he liked but I wanted to go up a half size. Sales associate calls another store to put shoes on hold. Get to the other store, they don't even carry the shoe. Called around to several neighboring locations to see if maybe I was told the incorrect location, NOPE! I come back to this location to ask where she called. Manager steps in and offers nothing but blame on the other store and excuses. No apology, NOTHING! This will be my last time patronizing this location. So disappointed and frustrated with the time and energy I wasted.
Very clean and Associates were very nice. I came in for the great sale on the towels and pillows and I'm very satisfied. I can't wait to come in and spend my Kohl's cash and start my shopping for Christmas also
