This was my first visit to this location and it was very busy for Christmas. I was impressed at the number of managers that were walking around and making sure that customers were being served. We were able to check out quickly at the self-checkout kiosks. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful.
Walmart somehow hires these disgruntled people who wear "How may I help you?" but act as though they can't hear you! I had been to this store a couple times and every time the store associate neither doesn't have a clue about what I was asking (where is the camping stuff) nor ask for help from their supervisor. Instead they simply say the store doesn't have it in stock. During a busy hour you can see them congregate and socialize without walking the aisle helping the customers or looking for those who need help.
My all time favorite store, if they don't have it, it ain't been made. Google guys you amaze me, I just got my free smart phone recently. No more boring days.
Dirty most of the time. Exceptionaly unhelpful staff. Good prices are the only reason to shop this location.
I have had some unpleasant experiences at this Walmart but I use it frequently due to location/convenience. However, last night I had a very pleasant experience working with Freda in the fabric department. She assisted me with all my questions and was very friendly to work with! People like Freda can make all the difference in your shopping experience and I am grateful that I had the opportunity to shop in her area while she was working. Please give a big THANK YOU to her for her truly exceptional customer service experience she was able to provide me. Enjoy your holidays with your family Freda!
