Dr. Gilbertson's HCG diet plan made it easier for me to lose weight. I like the recommended food selection and the recipes. Last weekend I was able to slip into a dress I hadn't worn in 20 years. My daughter joined me as well in this weight loss effort. The doctor encourages me to work out consistently every week to help me maintain.

This HCG diet is the easiest diet I have ever been on! The part I love is, after a short time on the diet, I am not hungry.
