$.99 Coneys on Tuesday is a bargain and excellent! The service however leaves little to be desired. Very slow, and we had to wait to get out of our parking spot of 5 minutes because the drive thru was wrapped around the building.
Took a Lil minute for my order to be complete
No cars in front of me, sat for 2 minutes before my order was taken, then ages before I was told my order total and was able to pay. Waited more than 15 minutes additionally for my food at the window, with rude service once my order was presented. It's supposed to be fast food, and this was anything but.
But all In all I'm going back
As soon as you walk into this place, you are met with a very loud machine. The cashier was not behind the counter to greet us. We had to wait for someone back there to notice. A cashier finally came to take my order. I said what I wanted and he promptly walked away to the back without saying anything. A different person came up to take my order. I had to yell my order because of the loud machine. After me and my coworkers ordered, we waited for what seemed like forever. A rush of people came in after us. Some of them got their food before us. We had to remind them that we were still waiting for one of our orders (i was with coworkers). It was like they completely forgot about it. When we got back to our office, we noticed that they had messed up just about every order. We are definitely not going back to this place.
This place needs a good CLEANING I could write my name in the dust on the dividers between the booths
