These people are consistanly good. They are all helpful and have known the answer to every question.
Have been shopping here since at least 2001; always helpful, friendly, courteous and they are right next to Guitar Center! Over the years I have bought several pieces of project lumber such as purple-heart, character maple, quarter sawn white oak, both large & small pieces. Good quality lumber & tools as well. I have never been disappointed here.
One of the only places I know of to buy wood for hobbies and crafting, as well as the tools to work it. I did a few projects and the people here were able to help out or at least point me in the right direction.
They usually have super sales like buy one get one. Their staff is ready,willing and able to help at all times.
Treated rudely when I walked in at 7pm on Black Friday. Absolutely refused to sell me the tools I had in my hands. The old man behind the counter barked at me that the cash registers were closed and they were closed. Good enough. Shopping at Rocker is optional. Very optional.
